If a unit is not currently available but the owner is keeping a waiting list for the property, you can click on the yellow "Get on Waiting List" button and still submit an application
Submit your application
When you submit your application once you’ll enable One-Click Apply, allowing you to submit the same application info for other properties with one click. The first time you submit an application you will need to provide comprehensive household and rental history information, similar to most rental applications.
Automatic notifications help keep you informed on the status of your applications
Once an Owner reviews your application you will be notified by text message and email if your application is Selected Rejected or if you are on a Waiting List
